PHOENIX – Construction is underway on a five-building health care office complex in San Tan Valley called Terraza Medical Village.
The complex will provide 100,000 square feet of medical office space on 12 acres at 40245 N. Gantzel Road, south of Ocotillo Road.
Kraus-Anderson Construction started work on the $45 million project on March 10. An official groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Aug. 16.
An estimated 340,000 people live within a 10-mile radius of the location, which is 2 miles north of Banner Ironwood Medical Center in Queen Creek.
