Plats approved for homes in south Apache Junction

Final plats — or maps — for Radiance parcels 19.17 and 19.18 have been approved for D.R. Horton housing subdivisions in southern Apache Junction.

The Apache Junction City Council voted unanimously March 5 as part of a consent agenda with other items to approve the plats.

Parcel 19.17, at the northeast corner of Radiance Avenue and Grand Drive, has 77 lots for single-family homes to be built and sold by the developer, Planner Nick Leftwich wrote in a memo to the council.
