While homes have risen in price for years, the market now has more inventory of available homes.
Future residents of Pinal County are drawn to San Tan Valley by the prospect of affordable housing, but it still allows them to have a smaller-city feel with some perks of a larger city. They are met with nature and outdoor activities, food options and soon-to-be additional shops.
With the area home to over 100,000 residents and more on the way, these “affordable houses” have risen in price to equal neighboring towns’ pricing. But the market lately tends to lean toward the right, becoming a buyer’s market instead of a seller’s.
