Surprise wants to know what it could do better

Surprise residents are asked to sound off about what they love about living in Surprise and what services they value most.

The city of Surprise wants to know what it can do better to improve the quality of life with the 2025 National Community Survey.

The feedback helps the city identify priority projects for Surprise and indicates where limited city funding should go in order to provide the services they most desire.

This scientific survey, conducted by Polco/National Research Center of Boulder, Colorado, examines residents’ responses on topics ranging from traffic flow to public safety to senior and youth services.
