Industrial project planned near Mesa airport

An industrial development is planned on 1 acre approximately 2,000 feet southwest of the southwest corner of East Pecos Road and South Ellsworth Road in Mesa.

The Mesa Design Review Board approved the site plan, landscaping and design for the development in a 4-0 vote March 11. Chair Dane Astle, Vice Chair Justin Trexler and board member Paul Johnson were absent.

The development is in Gateway Airport Commerce Park, Staff Planner Kwasi Abebrese said.
