Here’s a list of permits issued in the city of Maricopa Feb. 11 through March 10:

Commercial 

Apex Landco permit for multi-level garage valued at $4.6 million. 

CC Fund II Maricopa tenant improvement permit to renovate 21101 N. John Wayne Parkway, Suite 106, for Barro’s Pizza. 

D.R. Horton swimming pool and spa permit at Elena Trails valued at $60,000. The contractor is Red Rock Contractors. 

Gidco Holdings addition permit to install mechanical screening wall on roof of building at 45115 W. Garvey Ave.
