New apartment complex opens in downtown Mesa

Forge Tower, a new high-rise apartment complex in downtown Mesa, is now open and and leasing to the public.

The new apartment complex, located near Main Street and Country Club Drive, was built on the former site of Courtyard Towers, a retirement home community that was closed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Real estate developer Soltrust took over ownership of the 13-story property in 2023 and renovated the building to include 176 units with several amenities, including a podcast studio, a workshop for digital creatives and co-working spaces.
