WATCH: Peoria Mayor Beck delivers ‘State of the City’ address

Mayor Jason Beck presented his second State of the City Address on April 2, 2025, to an audience of over 400 residents, business people, and federal, state and local elected officials.

Mayor Beck highlighted the city’s most recent accomplishments in public safety, economic development and water security. He also provided the path to continued success for our city, calling on all residents to work together to ensure our growing city can meet the needs of today and tomorrow.

Mayor Beck also scheduled informal public “Town Hall” events at the following locations:

  • Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 10 a.m. at Westbrook Village – Lakes Ballroom, 19251 N. Westbrook Parkway
  • Monday, April 14, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the William L. Patena Community Center, 8335 W. Jefferson Street

At the Town Hall events, Mayor Beck featured the State of the City video and engages with attendees on things that they want to talk about regarding their city, from public safety to economic development and more.
