Shea announces grand opening of Peoria community

Trilogy by Shea Homes has announced the grand opening of Ridgecrest – a new 55+ resort-style community in Peoria, April 12.

The Ridgecrest model home gallery will feature expertly designed floor plans for homebuyers to tour, along with preliminary visual renderings showcasing the Ridgecrest Wellness Social Club, the future hub of the 414-home community, a news release states.

Located in the award-winning master plan of Northpointe at Vistancia, Ridgecrest is Arizona’s first Trilogy Boutique Community, a new offering from Shea Homes designed to deliver the Trilogy lifestyle on a more personal scale. The community is situated about one mile north of Trilogy at Vistancia, Shea’s sold-out 3,300-home community.
