My boss at the time had me go to Goodyear nearly everyday, sit in the room with the then planing director Harvey Krauss, and draft a zoning ordinance that allowed for the Estrella Ranch master planned development. I have such gratitude to Goodyear for helping educate me. To watch the City just continue to improve as a great place to play, live, and work is really exciting.”
