A Nevada-based gas station chain known for its loud branding is planning a 15,840-square-foot retail hub at the southeast corner of North Porter and West Bowlin roads. But first, they need Maricopa’s Planning & Zoning Committee to approve a zoning change.
Terrible’s, a Las Vegas-headquartered company, re-submitted plans for a new convenience store, gas station and car wash in Maricopa. This includes a peek at color elevations not previously seen when InMaricopa first announced the gas station in September.
According to documents filed with the City of Maricopa’s Development Services Department on Jan. 14, the new gas station would be built on a 3.55-acre lot currently zoned for Neighborhood Commercial use. Terrible’s is requesting a rezoning to General Commercial to accommodate the expanded footprint and retail features.
