Developer sells out San Tan Valley housing project

Scottsdale-based Aread Inc. has sold out the remaining lots at its Skyline Village master-planned community in San Tan Valley.

The 300-acre development on the southwest corner of Skyline Drive and Quail Run in Pinal County is approved for 1,150 single-family detached homes.
