Group threatens suit if Amkor builds in Vistancia

A group that has been fighting against Amkor Technology locating their microchip packaging and testing facility in the commercial core of Vistancia says they will sue the city if they approve building permits for the facility.

At the May 14 city council meeting, Steve Riggins, a Vistancia resident and member of Citizens for Smart Growth, shared this information publicly.

He also said the group sued the city this week for relevant document requests in January that he says the group has not received.
