KB Home has closed on 215 residential lots for $18,056,000 in its growing Mirador Point development, located at 7385 S. Keller Lane in Tucson, Arizona (ZIP 85747). This significant acquisition expands the builder’s footprint in one of the region’s most desirable emerging neighborhoods and reflects ongoing demand for quality new homes in the Vail School District.

Community Overview:
Mirador Point is a thoughtfully designed residential community offering a mix of one- and two-story single-family homes. Floor plans range from approximately 1,201 to 2,467 square feet, with options for 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 3 bathrooms. Pricing starts in the low $300,000s, focusing on energy-efficient construction and customizable design options through KB Home’s in-house studio.

Lot Sizes and Development Phases:
The 215-lot acquisition includes:

  • 116 lots measuring 50′ x 110′
  • 99 lots measuring 40′ x 100′

These lots are located immediately east of the original Phase 1 area, where KB Home previously closed on 102 fully developed lots in December 2024. That phase included:

  • 27 lots at 45′ x 100′
  • 75 lots at 35′ x 100′
