SAHUARITA, ARIZONA (May 22, 2025)—Meritage Homes has expanded its presence in Entrada Del Toro, the latest residential neighborhood within the master-planned community of Rancho Sahuarita, by recently purchasing 40 additional lots for $2,753,100 ($68,827 per platted lot). The acquisition underscores Meritage’s ongoing commitment to providing energy-efficient, entry-level homes in one of Southern Arizona’s most active housing markets.
Entrada Del Toro is planned for 934 homes, and development is being led by five national homebuilders: Meritage Homes, KB Home, Lennar, Richmond American Homes, and the recently added Century Communities. Homes are designed with today’s buyer in mind, offering open-concept floor plans, designer-selected finishes, and energy-efficient features.
