Mixed-use plaza proposed in Maricopa

A mixed-use development has been proposed for Maricopa’s Seven Ranches, the second such development in that neighborhood in the last six months, according to public records released yesterday to InMaricopa

Maricopa-based EPTA Construction submitted pre-application paperwork for an apartment complex and a business plaza called Jericho Estates on the southwest corner of Gunsmoke and Seven Ranches Roads, according to the records. 

A project narrative states the developer plans to build 14 suites and five apartment buildings on the 2½-acre lot. It would sit across from Mount Moriah Church on the city’s fast-growing East Side.
