The  plans for development will consist of a mixed-use of build-to-rent residential, manufactured homes, multifamily, and a commercial shopping center on the northwest corner of Houser Road and Eleven Mile Corner Road.
City of Glendale Council Voting Meeting May 13, 2025Updates to Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment OrdinancesIf passed, the ordinance amendments would require that Planning Commission Members “be residents of the City of Glendale or own real propertyoperate a licensed business of continuous operations in the City Of Glendale and demonstrate civic participation in community activities.”
