BB Living, a Scottsdale developer of build-to-rent single-family housing, has opened an attached-townhome community called Burden Orchards in Mesa.

The 197-unit development at 3411 N. Val Vista Drive, just south of the Red Mountain Loop 202 Freeway, has started leasing the townhomes. Monthly rents start at $2,402, with first move-ins expected shortly after.

With mortgage rates projected to remain high throughout 2025, BB Living President Branden Lombardi said, “Renting a brand-new, professionally-managed luxury home in Mesa offers a smart way to enjoy your ideal neighborhood without the high upfront costs of buying.”
