Custom Valley mansion fetches record price

By Leah Mesquita | Phoenix Business Journal

A Paradise Valley home has sold for $16.85 million, making it the highest recorded closing price per square foot for a hillside home within the town.

The Jade Residence, a custom mansion completed in 2025, was crafted by BedBrock Developers in collaboration with architecture firm Drewett Works and MARA Interior Design.

The 8,132-square-foot estate sits on 2.75 acres at 7140 N 40th St. The residence includes 6.5 baths, three bedrooms, a casita, an infinity pool and a four-car garage. The home takes inspiration from the interior designs of Frank Lloyd Wright and won Platinum honors at Best in American Living in 2020 for its innovative design components.
