Developer to begin second Scottsdale condo project

A luxury condominium project will soon bring 88 units online inside of one of north Scottsdale’s billion-dollar developments.

Chicago-based real estate developer Belgravia Group Ltd. is expected to break ground in August on its latest luxury residential development, Atavia. The 4.5-acre luxury condo community is the second of the developer’s projects in the Valley, located right across the street from its first, called Portico.
