Lennar plans hundreds of new homes next to proposed Deer Valley project

Plans for a new multiphase development in Deer Valley have been submitted to the city of Phoenix. 

A new Tractor Supply Co. store has been proposed at a 5.74-acre site near the southeast corner of 43rd Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road, according to the project narrative for a planned unit development filed last month with the city.

The project will be overseen by STNL Development, LLC, an Ohio-based company responsible for developing build-to-suit, single-tenant lease properties around the country. The owner of the new development is Lennar Arizona, LLC, according to the project narrative. The company is a subsidiary of Florida-based homebuilding giant Lennar Corp.
