Miner reps buyer of former fast-food site in Scottsdale

Nick Miner, CCIM, of ORION Investment Real Estate, represented Hayden Road Acquisition Partners, LLC in the purchase of a former Whataburger property located at 2955 N Hayden Road in Scottsdale. The transaction underscores the continued demand for well-located retail assets in one of Arizona’s most dynamic markets. The asset sold for $1,590,000 ($994 PSF).

The property consists of a 1,600-square-foot vacant, freestanding retail building with a drive-thru, located in the heart of Scottsdale. Known for its vibrant arts scene, upscale dining, and walkable neighborhoods, the location offers close proximity to the Scottsdale Arts District and the Old Town Scottsdale Entertainment District—two of the city’s most celebrated destinations.

“This acquisition was a very opportunistic move for the buyer,” said Miner. “Finding a prime-location, freestanding, drive-thru QSR building that’s available is a tough requirement in today’s environment.”
