Encore by David Weekley Homes, the 55 and up lifestyle division of David Weekley Homes, has opened a new model home in The Ridge at Victory, a new phase within the master-planned community of Victory at Verrado in Buckeye.
The fully furnished model home, The Kellner, features 3,000 square feet of living space and includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, one half bath and a three-car garage. The model home showcases an amazing view of the White Tank Mountains.
