Valley luxury home could sell at steep discount

A luxury home in downtown Scottsdale in pre-foreclosure is soon to be listed by the company that built the property in 2020.

Designed by award-winning architect Drewett Works and built by luxury homebuilder BedBrock Developers, the home currently is in pre-foreclosure, said Silje Garner, luxury agent with BedBrock Real Estate Co., the sales arm for BedBrock Developers.
