Despite a softening housing market, several homebuilders plan to open communities, offering hundreds of homes for sale across metro Phoenix.
Builders have new projects launching from Buckeye and near the White Tank Mountains in the West Valley, to Scottsdale and San Tan Valley, southeast of Queen Creek.
For starters, Tempe-based Fulton Homes is opening Enclave, a master-planned community of 675 homes on the east side of the White Tank Mountains.
