David Weekley Homes is now selling homes in two new sections of the San Tan Valley community of Soleo.
In Alston at Soleo, buyers will be able to select from six one- and two-story floor plans on 60-foot homesites, according to a press release.
In Tamber at Soleo, homebuyers will have the option to choose from five single-story floor plans on 70-foot homesites that feature RV garages.
David Weekley Homes is also selling new homes in two additional sections of the community, Artesa at Soleo and Tavolo at Soleo.
The builder has also broken ground on six new model homes throughout the four sections of Soleo.
Two model homes will soon open in Artesa at Soleo, featuring seven floor plans and 48-foot homesites.
Two more model homes are being built in Tamber at Soleo.
