Proposal would bring medical offices buildings to Queen Creek

TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK

By Janet Perez | YourValley

A developer interested in creating four medical and office buildings on 5 acres of Maricopa County land is asking the Queen Creek Town Council to approve annexing the property.

Frank West Capital LLC is requesting the annexation of two vacant parcels near the southwest corner of San Tan Boulevard and Ellsworth Road.

The council on Aug. 6 held the first of two required public hearings needed for land annexation.

The request was on the council’s public consent agenda in which all items are voted on with one motion and vote following a public hearing. No member of the public commented on the proposal. No date has been set for the second required public hearing, but it is expected to take place sometime this fall.
