County growth remains strong, say experts at Pinal  Partnership Breakfast moderated by Rose Law Group Founder and President Jordan Rose

COOLIDGE — A panel of development leaders told a Pinal Partnership breakfast at Central Arizona College that development will continue despite community concerns regarding an oversupply of apartments.

The five-member panel on Friday comprised Brad Hinton, vice president of El Dorado Holdings Inc.; Dedrick Denton, interim associate director of the Pinal County Development Services Department; Kevin Peterson, president of Peterson Properties & Management Inc.; Dan Coxworth, Casa Grande planning and development director; and Sherri Koshiol, director of land development at Empire Group of Companies. They were asked a series of questions by moderator Jordan Rose.
