Mattamy Homes, the largest family-owned home builder in North America, announced the purchase of nearly 28 acres of land in the highly anticipated 473-acre master-planned community of Soleo, located in San Tan Valley, Arizona.
The 27.92-acre parcel, purchased for $19.044 million, will include 115 home sites and feature Mattamy’s Amber Collection of single-family homes. These homes, built on 48′ x 120′ lots, will offer seven thoughtfully designed floor plans ranging from 1,535 to 2,555 sq. ft., with both single-story and two-story options. Models are expected to start construction in October with a grand opening projected for late January.
