Rose Law Group welcomes Elizabeth Fine as a senior attorney in its litigation department, where she will represent clients in a wide array of civil matters ranging from contract disputes and fraud claims to shareholder litigation, real estate conflicts, and regulatory issues.

Ms. Fine brings years of private practice experience in state, federal, and appellate courts, combined with prior public service as an assistant attorney general for the State of Arizona, according to a press release.

In that role, she regularly appeared in court on behalf of the Department of Child Services, gaining firsthand experience in cases involving high stakes for Arizona families, the release states.

Ms. Fine  graduated cum laude from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, earning recognition with a CALI Award for exceptional work in Trial Advocacy. She is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and her home state of Colorado.

“Elizabeth’s mix of public service and private practice makes her an exceptional advocate and a tremendous addition to our team,” said Jordan Rose, founder and president of Rose Law Group, in a prepared statement.
