Applications for PV mountain builds spike

It looks like the future may be bright for hillside homes in Paradise Valley.

That’s because the town’s hillside applications have doubled in the past two years, from 24 applications in 2022 to 49 in 2024.

Hillside Committee Chair Scott Jarson said 2024 was a standout year, and the town is on track to have another significant year in 2025, as well as a bright outlook for more hillside development during the next couple years.
