A major mixed-use project with walkable retail, restaurants and a hotel in Avondale is taking shape as the city and developers work out development agreements and share new details on their plans.
The retail component of the BLVD project would include about 22,000 square feet of retail space, 40,000 square feet of restaurant and bar space with lakefront dining, 65,000 square feet of entertainment and approximately 13,000 square feet of office space.
