Canyon Trails Towne Center in Goodyear has added more than a dozen new retailers and restaurants as part of its latest expansion, continuing the rapid retail growth in the West Valley.

The mixed-use center, located near Cotton Lane and Yuma Road along Loop 303, recently completed construction on several new buildings, bringing the total number of businesses at the site to 55. The project is owned by the Santa Cruz Seaside Company, redeveloped by Scottsdale Development Partners, and managed by Vestar.

“Our team has worked hard to create what has become a trophy project for the City of Goodyear and the West Valley. We’ve been fortunate to combine alternative uses to create a truly mixed-use environment,” said David Malin, president of Scottsdale Development Partners.
