Flagstaff has been getting close to meeting the goals outlined in its 10-year Housing Plan over the past year, according to an annual progress update presented to the Flagstaff City Council on Tuesday, Sept. 23.
Housing program manager Adriana Fisher said during the presentation that around 20% of the strategies included in the plan have been completed and the city is “on track” to meet its housing goals by 2032.
Flagstaff’s 10-year Housing Plan was first adopted in 2022 as a way to address the housing emergency declared in 2020. This report outlined progress made on plan goals between July 2024 and June 2025.
