The master planned community Vistancia has secured its first residential land transaction within its developing commercial core, known as Five North.
David Weekley Homes closed on a 44-acre parcel located along El Mirage Road, south of Ridgeline Road and just north of the American Leadership Academy charter school.
The parcel is planned to include a mix of 117 single-family homes, 164 townhomes, and lifestyle amenities including a community pool, children’s playscape and open space.
