Sky Harbor Logistics is the latest office-to-industrial conversion project in the works, and the proposed 254,000-square-foot industrial project just cleared a hurdle with the city of Tempe.
Lincoln Property Co., the project’s developer, hopes to turn an underutilized office park into an industrial campus. The Dallas-based real estate developer brought its vision for Sky Harbor Logistics before the Tempe Development Review Commission on Oct. 28 for decisions on the site plan, building elevations and landscaping for the project.
