Industrial complex breaks ground in north Scottsdale

Builders recently broke ground on The Loop, a new industrial complex in north Scottsdale.

Phoenix-based real estate developer Creation is behind the new construction project on a 16.45-acre site near the Loop 101 Pima Freeway and Princess Drive.

The company plans to use the site for four industrial buildings, which will range in size from 54,000 to 101,000 square feet. Once construction is complete, there will be 267,000 square feet of industrial space in the area, according to Creation.
