Thomas Galvin, chairman of the Board of Supervisors, representative for District 2, and partner at Rose Law Group, addressed local business and government leaders in his inaugural ‘State of the County’ address hosted by the Greater Phoenix Chamber.
Key topics included budgetary wins, Galvin’s vision for responsible economic growth, and how the county is addressing issues like workforce development, planning and zoning, and housing, as well as a new and creative solution for helping county pets.
A county conversation: The event held at Marriott Phoenix Airport also featured a discussion between Chairman Galvin and County Manager Jen Pokorski, hosted by Greater Phoenix Chamber President and CEO Todd Sanders.
