Mesa’s Hawes Crossing rezone sought

Lennar Homes wants to rezone 60 vacant acres at Hawes Crossing, essentially flipping the locations of the commercial and residential areas.

Mesa City Council last week set Nov. 3 for the hearing on Hawes Village Five at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hawes and Warner roads in the mammoth master-planned community. The site includes eight villages.
