SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Rose Law Group pc has announced the addition of Alexander Harris to its Business and Corporate Transactions practice, further expanding the firm’s work with companies navigating formation, financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Harris, a Phoenix native, brings a background that bridges both law and finance. Before joining Rose Law Group, he practiced in the corporate and securities group of a leading Phoenix firm. He also worked at global accounting firms KPMG and Eide Bailly, giving him perspective on the financial and regulatory challenges that shape business decision-making.
At Rose Law Group, Harris advises clients across the full lifecycle of a business, whether it’s forming a new entity, addressing governance issues, fundraising, structuring stock or asset sales, or handling reorganizations and acquisitions.
“Alex’s mix of legal and financial experience positions him to serve the complex needs of companies at every stage of growth,” said Jordan Rose, founder and president of Rose Law Group.
Harris graduated from UCLA School of Law before returning to Arizona to begin his legal career. Outside of work, he is often outdoors golfing, snowboarding, camping, watersports, or engaging in spirited philosophical debates with friends.
