Scottsdale-based Est Est Interior Design has signed on to partner with Fountain Hills homebuilder Integra Homes and Land on a new development in Payson.

The project, called Diamond Pointe at The Rim Golf Club, will bring 28 luxury golf villas to Payson, with prices starting at $1.895 million. The Rim Golf Club, already a well-known draw for high-end buyers seeking mountain views and resort amenities, is expected to gain further attention through the expansion.

The announcement comes as demand for second homes and resort-style living in northern Arizona continues to grow, particularly among buyers seeking cooler climates outside the Phoenix metro. Payson, with its access to the state’s largest ponderosa pine forest and proximity to Phoenix, has become an attractive spot for such developments.
