Opening over the next 12 months, these new venues will bring unique and immersive experiences to the marketplace.
Highlighting the diverse culinary regions of India, Nadu, formerly Feringhee Modern Indian Cuisine, will bring the vibrant flavors from Chef Sujan Sarkar in its 4,024-square-foot space, set to open February 2026. The Chicago-based restaurant has been added to the 2025 Michelin Guide for its dishes that blend traditional Indian spices with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, in an atmosphere that balances authenticity and modern flair. Nadu promises a bold, immersive taste of India in the heart of Desert Ridge.
Kajiken, originating in Nagoya, Japan, brings its renowned abura soba, a soup-less ramen featuring thick noodles and an imported signature sauce blend to Desert Ridge in a 1,720-square-foot space, thoughtfully designed with authentic décor and an engaging dining experience. Guests can customize their bowls with an array of toppings or explore the full menu of Japanese favorites. Opening before the end of the year, Kajiken is set to become a must-visit destination for ramen lovers.
