Chandler Fashion Center has announced major remodels and layout changes in 2026 meant to elevate the center’s culinary and retail mix, indoors and on the perimeter.
Macerich, a developer of one-of-a-kind retail and mixed-use properties in several markets, has announced that the center is launching a redevelopment initiative meant to reinvigorate the “dining and entertainment district,” according to a news release.
That area is near the Harkins Theatres on the south side of the property.
As part of the redevelopment project, the Fashion Center, which is starting its 25th year of operations, will introduce a new mix of full-service restaurants and fast-casual concepts, with expanded patios for all-season dining.
