Data center firm spends big on Valley land

Vantage Data Centers has acquired another substantial site in Glendale.

On Dec. 22, Denver-based Vantage bought a 70-acre property for $58,470,283 from an entity tied to First Industrial Realty Trust, according to real estate database Vizzda LLC. The purchase gives the company more than 100 acres in a burgeoning industrial park in fast-growing Glendale, where in 2023 it paid $50 million for an adjacent 34-acre site.
