Seven two-story buildings are planned at a data center development on 170 acres at the northeast corner of the future alignment of South Crismon Road and Pecos Road in Mesa.
The nearly 2.26 million-square-foot data center development’s look and landscaping were discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board Dec. 9, according to the meeting’s agenda.
Access will only be provided from Pecos Road.
NTT Global Data Centers PH10 LLC is the property owner.
