PHOENIX — A homebuilder is now selling three collections of homes in the Estrella community in Goodyear.
The Premier, Summit, and Discovery collections have single-family homes ranging from $368,990 to $454,990 located near Johnson Boulevard and 130th Avenue.
Lennar, a national homebuilder, purchased 359 lots at Estrella in 2024. The purchase was a component of a larger acquisition, which included 508 homesites.
The community provides residents access to two clubs with resort-style pools, fitness centers, restaurants and a kids’ water park.
