The NRP Group, one of the Top 5 Largest Multifamily Developers in the United States, has purchased 10 acres located at 6939 West Thomas Road in Phoenix. They have broken ground on a 288-unit apartment project and it is scheduled for completion in 2027. NRP paid $4.1M for the Land and the transaction was brokered by Ray and Hank Cashen of Cashen Realty Advisors.
NRP was also named to the Top 5 Nationwide Multifamily Developers list, named a Top Affordable Housing Developer by Affordable Housing Finance, and has won three NAHB Pillar awards since 2020 for Development, Construction and Ones to Watch.
