A 58,845-square-foot expansion of a 202 RV Valet Storage boat and recreational vehicle storage facility is planned west of Ellsworth Road and Main Street in Mesa.
The development’s look and landscaping will be discussed by the Mesa Design Review Board at a 4:30 p.m. Dec. 9 meeting at City Hall, 20 E. Main St.
The board was to discuss the project during its Nov. 18 meeting but continued it to its next meeting because Chair Dane Astle, one of four members attending, would have needed to recuse himself as he is the applicant. That would have left the board without a quorum.
