Temu responds to Arizona AG Kris Mayes’ consumer fraud lawsuit

Temu has responded to Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes’ consumer fraud lawsuit against the retail giant, which she announced on Tuesday.

Mayes is accusing Temu of “misleading” Arizona consumers for allegedly counterfeiting brands and stealing private data. Mayes said the company “willfully violated the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act,” putting the privacy of Arizonans at extreme risk.

Temu said they are denying all of the allegations.
