An Arcadia estate that sold for $10 million in an all-cash transaction in April 2025 just hit the market for $18.5 million — and already is in a bidding war.
“We’re already seeing a phenomenal amount of offer action,” said Katrina Barrett, designated broker and owner of Local Luxury | Christie’s International Real Estate and listing agent for the property. “We already have a bidding war. This will surely set the record for price per foot in Arcadia.”
